MEET INFORMATION

  • Location: Resurgence Barbell and Fitness, 6 South Avenue W, Cranford, NJ 07016

  • Meet Director: Carl Gocon & Jake Meiskin

  • Entry Fee: $60

  • We ask that participants be familiar with the movements prior to meet day. If you need help, don't hesitate to reach out to the team for preparation!

  • Award will be given for Best Male and Female Lifter based on a combination of Sinclair and Dots Points

  • Lifts will be performed in the following order: 

    1. Snatch

    2. Clean and Jerk

    3. Squat

    4. Bench

    5. Deadlift
