Assistant Operations | Director of Media | Coach

Hi, everyone! My name is Jazmine Hazel Andes, but I am lovingly called “Jaz” by most people. I hold an Associate of Arts in Business from Union County College and I got my Bachelor of Arts in Business and minoring in Media & Communications at Drew University in May 2022.

Outside of school, I enjoy photography, videography, and powerlifting. Linking passion and profession, I have recently taken on the role as Media Director and Business Administrator for Resurgence Movement Systems, an up and coming strength training & powerlifting company. 

Prior to this, I have done media and social media work for organizations such as The Filipino Channel (ABS-CBN), GMA Pinoy TV, and Rahway Bands. I have met and worked with celebrities such as Rayver Cruz, Christian Bautista, and Sam Milby. Additionally, with Rahway Bands, I have found myself vlogging events such as the WGI Percussion World Championships.

Alongside my current role at Resurgence Movement Systems, I also am a competitive powerlifter. I am a member of the USA Powerlifting federation and compete in the 56/57kg Women’s Open Class division. Still somewhat new to the sport, I have only competed once, last year in the 2021 USA Powerlifting New Jersey State Championships where I placed 3rd.
